Levels

Create tiered IB levels with upgrade conditions and commission caps.

Overview

Level Types

Direct Level

Admin manually assigns this level to IBs. There are no automatic upgrade conditions. Use this for:

  • Entry-level or default IB tiers
  • VIP or invitation-only levels
  • Custom arrangements with specific partners
💡
TipUse Progression-type levels to reward high-performing IBs automatically. When conditions like referral count or trading volume are met, the system upgrades the partner without any manual intervention, keeping partners motivated.

Progression Level

IBs automatically upgrade when they meet specified conditions. You must configure:

  • Previous Level - Level IB must be at first
  • Approval Type - Auto or Admin approval
  • Conditions - Referrals, volume, deposits

Creating a Level

Step 1: Navigate to Levels

Go to Partner Area > Levels and click the "Add Level" button in the top right corner.

Step 2: Enter Basic Information

  • Level Name - e.g., "Silver Partner", "Gold VIP", "Premium Affiliate"
  • Level Type - Choose Direct (manual assignment) or Progression (automatic upgrade)

Step 3: Configure Upgrade Conditions (Progression Only)

If using a Progression level, set the requirements IBs must meet. You can configure the condition logic:

  • ANY Condition - IB upgrades when they meet any single condition
  • ALL Conditions - IB must meet all configured conditions

Available conditions:

  • Minimum Referrals - Number of users referred by the IB's network. Optional: limit to last X days.
  • Minimum Volume - Total trading volume (in lots) from clients. Optional: limit to last X days.
  • Minimum Deposit - Total deposits from referred clients. Optional: limit to last X days.

Step 4: Set Default MT5 Groups (Optional)

Assign users referred by IBs at this level to specific MT5 groups. The priority order is: IB Custom Group > Level Default > Account Type Default

Step 5: Configure Commission Rules

  • Min Holding Period - Trades must be held for this duration (in seconds) before commissions are paid. Prevents scalping abuse. Set to 0 to disable.

Step 6: Set Commission Limits (Optional)

Control costs by setting maximum commission earnings. Leave empty or set to 0 for unlimited.

  • Daily Cap ($X/day)
  • Weekly Cap ($X/week)
  • Monthly Cap ($X/month)
  • Per-Trade Max ($X/trade)
⚠️
WarningAuto-downgrade can hurt partner morale if grace periods are too short. Set a reasonable grace period (e.g., 30+ days) to give IBs a fair chance to recover their performance before being demoted.

Step 7: Configure Auto Downgrade (Optional)

Automatically demote IBs who no longer meet level requirements:

  • Review Period - How often to check if IB still meets conditions (in days)
  • Downgrade To - Target level when conditions not met
  • Grace Period - Days before downgrade takes effect (allows recovery)

Step 8: Save and Configure Commission Structures

Click "Create Level" to save. After creation, configure the Commission Structures for this level, which define the actual commission rates per symbol and account type.

Level Approvals

When using Progression levels with "Admin Approval" setting, upgrade requests appear in Partner Area > Level Approvals (also accessible via the Levels menu). This page shows:

  • Pending approval requests with statistics cards
  • Filter options for status, approval type, and requested level
  • Quick approve/reject actions

Best Practices

  1. Create a clear hierarchy with Direct levels at the base and Progression levels for growth
  2. Use meaningful names that reflect the tier's benefits (e.g., "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold")
  3. Set achievable but challenging conditions for progression levels
  4. Configure commission limits to protect against unusual trading patterns
  5. Use grace periods for downgrades to give IBs time to recover performance
  6. Review the statistics cards regularly to monitor level distribution
