Quick Actions

Centralized quick operations for partner activation, payouts, and level changes.

Overview

Quick Actions provides a centralized page for performing common partner management tasks quickly. Instead of navigating through multiple pages, you can execute frequent operations from one place.

Available Quick Actions

Partner Activation

Quick Activate

Instantly convert a user into an IB partner:

  1. Search for the user by name or email
  2. Select an IB Level
  3. Click "Activate"

The user immediately becomes an active partner with a referral link.

Commission Management

Process Payout

Manually process a commission withdrawal:

  1. Search for the partner
  2. Enter payout amount
  3. Add transaction reference
  4. Confirm payment

Credit Commission

Add a manual commission to a partner's wallet:

  1. Search for the partner
  2. Enter amount and reason
  3. Confirm credit

Toggle Commissions

Enable or disable commission earnings for a partner:

  1. Search for the partner
  2. Click "Enable" or "Disable"
  3. Confirm change

Level Management

Change Level

Upgrade or downgrade a partner's IB level:

  1. Search for the partner
  2. Select new level
  3. Confirm change

The new commission structure applies to future trades.

Partner Status

Suspend/Activate Partner

Temporarily suspend or reactivate a partner:

  1. Search for the partner
  2. Click "Suspend" or "Activate"
  3. Add reason (for suspend)
  4. Confirm

Referral Management

Transfer Referrals

Move all referrals from one partner to another:

  1. Search for source partner
  2. Search for destination partner
  3. Confirm transfer

Warning: This moves ALL referrals. Use with caution.

Remove a specific user from a partner's referrals:

  1. Search for the partner
  2. Search for the referral to unlink
  3. Confirm removal

Attach User to IB

Add an existing user to a partner's referral network:

  1. Search for the partner
  2. Search for the user to attach
  3. Confirm attachment

Sub-IB Management

Assign as Sub-IB

Create a Sub-IB relationship:

  1. Search for Master IB
  2. Search for Sub-IB
  3. Set allocation percentage
  4. Confirm

Promote to Master

Convert a Sub-IB to a standalone Master IB:

  1. Search for the Sub-IB
  2. Confirm promotion

This removes them from their current Master IB.

Best Practices

  1. Double-check partner selection before executing actions
  2. Use specific actions instead of bulk operations when possible
  3. Add notes when making manual adjustments
  4. Review changes in partner details after execution
  5. Use Quick Actions for routine tasks, individual partner pages for complex cases
