Configure commissions, referrals, withdrawals, and partner notifications.

Overview

Partner Area Settings allow you to configure how the IB/partner system works, including commission rules, referral tracking, withdrawal options, and notifications.

Settings Categories

Commission Settings

Configure how commissions are calculated and paid:

  • Commission Currency - Currency for commission payments
  • Commission Calculation - When commissions are calculated (trade close, daily, etc.)
  • Holding Period - Minimum trade duration for commission eligibility
  • Include Swaps - Whether to include swap fees in commission calculations

Referral Settings

Control how referral tracking works:

  • Cookie Duration - How long referral tracking cookie lasts
  • Attribution Model - First click, last click, or custom
  • Self-Referral - Allow partners to refer themselves
  • Existing User Attribution - Allow linking existing users to partners

Withdrawal Settings

Manage how partners receive their payouts:

  • Minimum Withdrawal - Lowest amount partners can withdraw
  • Withdrawal Frequency - How often withdrawals can be made
  • Auto Payout - Enable automatic payouts
  • Auto Payout Threshold - Amount that triggers auto payout
  • Payment Methods - Available payout options

Display Settings

Customize what partners see in their dashboard:

  • Show Referral Stats - Display referral performance
  • Show Commission Details - Show individual commission breakdown
  • Show Network Tree - Display Sub-IB hierarchy
  • Dashboard Widgets - Configure visible widgets

Support Settings

Configure partner support options:

  • Support Email - Contact email for partners
  • Support Hours - Display support availability
  • FAQ Link - Link to partner FAQ
  • Ticket System - Enable support tickets

Notification Settings

Control email notifications:

Admin Notifications:

  • New partner application
  • Large withdrawal requests
  • Partner level changes

Partner Notifications:

  • Application status updates
  • Commission earned alerts
  • Withdrawal confirmations
  • Level upgrade notices

Sub-IB Settings

Configure multi-level partner features:

  • Enable Sub-IBs - Allow partner hierarchies
  • Default Allocation - Default commission split
  • Maximum Depth - How many levels allowed
  • Self-Enrollment - Allow partners to add Sub-IBs themselves

Staff Settings

Manage admin staff access:

  • Staff Access - Enable/disable staff for Partner Area
  • Teams & Roles - Assign staff to teams with specific permissions
  • Activity Logging - Track staff actions

Accessing Settings

  1. Go to Partner Area > Settings
  2. Select the settings category from tabs
  3. Modify settings as needed
  4. Click "Save" to apply changes

Best Practices

  1. Review settings when launching the partner program
  2. Test withdrawal settings with small amounts first
  3. Configure notifications to stay informed of important events
  4. Document any non-default settings for team reference
  5. Regularly review and update settings as the program grows
