Overview

Marketing Resources provides a library of promotional materials that partners can use to market your services. You can upload banners, documents, and social media content for partners to download and use.

Resource Categories

Banners

Visual promotional materials:

• Website banners
• Email headers
• Display ads
• Landing page images

Documents

Written marketing materials:

• Brochures
• Presentations
• Partner guides
• Product information sheets

Social Media

Content for social platforms:

• Post images
• Story templates
• Profile banners
• Promotional videos

Managing Resources

Adding a Resource

1. Go to Partner Area > Resources
2. Select the category tab (Banners, Documents, Social Media)
3. Click "Add Resource"
4. Fill in details:
   • Title - Name of the resource
   • Description - What it's for
   • File - Upload the file
   • Languages - Available languages
   • Dimensions - Size (for banners)
5. Save

Organizing Resources

• Reorder - Drag and drop to change display order
• Toggle Status - Enable or disable visibility
• Edit - Update resource details
• Delete - Remove resource permanently

File Formats

Images: PNG, JPG, GIF, SVGDocuments: PDF, DOCX, PPTXVideos: MP4, MOV (check size limits)

Partner Access

Partners access resources from their Partner Portal:

1. Log into Partner Portal
2. Go to Marketing Materials or Resources
3. Browse by category
4. Download files they need

Best Practices

1. Organize resources by category for easy browsing
2. Use descriptive titles and descriptions
3. Provide multiple sizes for banners (desktop, mobile)
4. Keep resources up-to-date with current branding
5. Offer materials in multiple languages if possible
6. Remove outdated promotional content
7. Include usage guidelines in descriptions
