Quick Activate a Partner
💡
TipQuick Activate lets you bypass the entire application workflow and instantly convert any user into an active IB partner — ideal for onboarding VIP partners or migrating from another platform.
Use Quick Activate to instantly convert any existing user into an IB partner without requiring them to submit an application:
- Click Quick Activate Button - Find the "Quick Activate" button at the top right of the Partners page
- Search for the User - Enter the user's name or email to find them in the system
- Select IB Level - Choose which IB level to assign to the new partner
- Activate - The user is now an active partner with a unique referral link
Partner Actions Menu
Click the three-dot menu on any partner row to access these actions:
- View Details - Open the full partner profile with tabs for overview, financials, network tree, tickets, and notes
- View Referrals - Quick modal showing all clients referred by this partner
- Login as User - Impersonate the partner to see their dashboard and experience
- Send Email - Send a direct email to the partner from the admin panel
- Add User to IB - Manually add an existing user to this partner's referral network
- Custom Groups - Override default MT5 groups for this partner's referred clients
- Change IB Level - Upgrade or downgrade the partner to a different level
- Toggle Commissions - Enable or disable commission payouts for this specific partner
- Suspend/Activate Partner - Suspend partner access or reactivate suspended partners
📧
NoteSuspending a partner temporarily blocks their access and pauses commission accrual, but preserves their network and history. Deactivating (via toggling commissions off) only stops payouts while keeping their portal access intact. Choose based on whether you need to restrict access or just pause earnings.
