Quick Actions

Direct deposit, withdraw, and deduct operations without user requests.

Overview

Quick Actions provides a centralized page for performing common treasury operations without needing a user-initiated request. Use these for manual deposits, withdrawals, deductions, and corrections.

Available Quick Actions

Deposit to Wallet

Credit funds directly to a user's wallet:

  1. Click "Deposit to Wallet"
  2. Search for the user
  3. Select wallet type (Main, IB, etc.)
  4. Enter amount
  5. Add internal note (required for audit)
  6. Click "Deposit"

Use Cases:

  • Manual payment verification
  • Bonus credits
  • Refunds
  • Corrections

Deposit to Account

Credit funds directly to MT5 trading account:

  1. Click "Deposit to Account"
  2. Search for the user
  3. Select MT5 account from list
  4. Enter amount
  5. Add internal note
  6. Click "Deposit"

Use Cases:

  • Direct funding for traders
  • Competition prizes
  • Account corrections

Withdraw from Wallet

Process an immediate withdrawal from user's wallet:

  1. Click "Withdraw from Wallet"
  2. Search for the user
  3. Select wallet
  4. Enter amount
  5. Add reason/note
  6. Click "Process Withdrawal"

Use Cases:

  • Urgent withdrawal processing
  • Authorized manual payouts

Deduct from Wallet

Remove funds without withdrawal (for corrections):

  1. Click "Deduct from Wallet"
  2. Search for the user
  3. Select wallet
  4. Enter amount
  5. Enter reason (mandatory)
  6. Click "Deduct"

Use Cases:

  • Incorrect deposit reversals
  • Chargebacks
  • Fee corrections
  • Fraud prevention

Deduct from Account

Remove funds from MT5 account:

  1. Click "Deduct from Account"
  2. Search for the user
  3. Select MT5 account
  4. Enter amount
  5. Enter reason
  6. Click "Deduct"

Use Cases:

  • Bonus removal
  • Account corrections
  • Platform sync issues

All quick actions use the same user search:

  • Search by name
  • Search by email
  • Search by user ID
  • Search by MT5 account number

Notes and Audit Trail

All quick actions require notes for:

  • Compliance tracking
  • Audit purposes
  • Team communication
  • Dispute resolution

Permissions

Quick Actions may require specific permissions:

  • Deposit permissions
  • Withdrawal permissions
  • Deduction permissions

Check with your admin if you don't see certain actions.

Best Practices

  1. Always add detailed notes
  2. Verify user identity before large operations
  3. Double-check amounts before confirming
  4. Use appropriate action (deduct vs withdraw)
  5. Notify users of manual operations when appropriate
  6. Review audit logs regularly
