Direct deposit, withdraw, and deduct operations without user requests.
Overview
Quick Actions provides a centralized page for performing common treasury operations without needing a user-initiated request. Use these for manual deposits, withdrawals, deductions, and corrections.
Available Quick Actions
Deposit to Wallet
Credit funds directly to a user's wallet:
- Click "Deposit to Wallet"
- Search for the user
- Select wallet type (Main, IB, etc.)
- Enter amount
- Add internal note (required for audit)
- Click "Deposit"
Use Cases:
- Manual payment verification
- Bonus credits
- Refunds
- Corrections
Deposit to Account
Credit funds directly to MT5 trading account:
- Click "Deposit to Account"
- Search for the user
- Select MT5 account from list
- Enter amount
- Add internal note
- Click "Deposit"
Use Cases:
- Direct funding for traders
- Competition prizes
- Account corrections
Withdraw from Wallet
Process an immediate withdrawal from user's wallet:
- Click "Withdraw from Wallet"
- Search for the user
- Select wallet
- Enter amount
- Add reason/note
- Click "Process Withdrawal"
Use Cases:
- Urgent withdrawal processing
- Authorized manual payouts
Deduct from Wallet
Remove funds without withdrawal (for corrections):
- Click "Deduct from Wallet"
- Search for the user
- Select wallet
- Enter amount
- Enter reason (mandatory)
- Click "Deduct"
Use Cases:
- Incorrect deposit reversals
- Chargebacks
- Fee corrections
- Fraud prevention
Deduct from Account
Remove funds from MT5 account:
- Click "Deduct from Account"
- Search for the user
- Select MT5 account
- Enter amount
- Enter reason
- Click "Deduct"
Use Cases:
- Bonus removal
- Account corrections
- Platform sync issues
User Search
All quick actions use the same user search:
- Search by name
- Search by email
- Search by user ID
- Search by MT5 account number
Notes and Audit Trail
All quick actions require notes for:
- Compliance tracking
- Audit purposes
- Team communication
- Dispute resolution
Permissions
Quick Actions may require specific permissions:
- Deposit permissions
- Withdrawal permissions
- Deduction permissions
Check with your admin if you don't see certain actions.
Best Practices
- Always add detailed notes
- Verify user identity before large operations
- Double-check amounts before confirming
- Use appropriate action (deduct vs withdraw)
- Notify users of manual operations when appropriate
- Review audit logs regularly
