The Pipeline page provides a visual Kanban-style board to manage your sales process. Drag and drop leads between stages to track their progress from initial contact to conversion.

Pipeline Stages
Pipelines consist of customizable stages that represent your sales process:

TipKeep your pipeline between 5-7 stages for optimal clarity. Too few stages lack granularity, while too many create confusion and slow down your team's workflow.
Default Stages (Example)
- New: Newly captured leads, not yet contacted
- Contacted: Initial contact has been made
- Qualified: Lead has shown interest and meets criteria
- Proposal: Proposal or offer has been sent
- Negotiation: In discussions about terms
- Won: Successfully converted to client
- Lost: Lead did not convert

Using the Pipeline View
Moving Leads Between Stages
- Find the lead card in the current stage
- Drag the card to the new stage column
- Drop to update the lead's stage automatically
Quick View
- Click on any lead card to open a quick preview
- See lead details, recent activities, and next steps
- Take quick actions without leaving the pipeline
Filtering
- Filter by assigned staff member
- Filter by priority level
- Filter by date range
Managing Pipelines
Creating a New Pipeline
- Go to Settings > Pipelines
- Click "Add Pipeline"
- Enter pipeline name
- Add stages in your preferred order
Editing Stages
- Go to Settings > Pipelines
- Select the pipeline to edit
- Add, rename, or reorder stages
- Set stage colors for visual organization
Setting Default Pipeline
- Mark one pipeline as default for new leads
- Default pipeline is used when no pipeline is specified
Best Practices
- Keep stages clear and distinct: Each stage should represent a clear milestone
- Limit stages to 5-7: Too many stages can be confusing
- Regular reviews: Review pipeline weekly to identify stuck leads
- Use priorities: Mark hot leads for quick identification
- Update promptly: Move leads as soon as their status changes
