Clients

View and manage all registered users and their referral sources.

Overview

The Clients page displays all registered users - including those who signed up through IB referral links, staff referral links, or direct registration. This is separate from Leads, which are external contacts who haven't registered yet.

Key Point: IB referral signups go directly to Clients (not Leads). Leads are only for external contacts from forms/imports.

Key Concepts

Who Appears in Clients

  • All registered users
  • Users who signed up via IB referral links (Referred By column shows the IB)
  • Users who signed up via staff referral links
  • Users who registered directly (organic signups)
  • Converted leads (external leads who later registered)

Who Does NOT Appear in Clients

  • External leads who haven't registered yet (they're in Leads section)

Key Features

View All Clients

See a complete list of registered users assigned to you or all users (with permission).

"Referred By" Column

Shows which IB partner referred each client. Click the IB name to view their partner profile.

Track Email Verification

Monitor which clients have verified their email addresses.

Monitor KYC Status

Track KYC verification progress for your clients:

  • Not Started - KYC not yet submitted
  • Pending Review - Documents submitted, awaiting approval
  • Approved - KYC verified
  • Rejected - KYC rejected, needs resubmission

Track Deposits

See deposit status and amounts for your clients.

Dashboard Statistics

At the top of the Clients page, you'll see key metrics:

Client List Columns

The client list shows important information:

  • Client - Name and email (with IB Partner badge if applicable)
  • Email Status - Verified or pending
  • KYC Status - Current verification status
  • Assigned To - Sales staff member (for All Clients view)
  • Country - Client's country
  • Referred By - IB partner who referred this client (if any)
  • Registered - Registration date

Client Tabs

My Clients

Clients assigned to you (via your referral link or manual assignment).

All Clients (with permission)

All clients across all staff members. Requires "View All Clients" permission.

Unassigned (with permission)

Users not assigned to any sales staff. Requires "View Unassigned Clients" permission.

Search by client name, email, or phone number.

Filters

  • KYC Status - Filter by verification status
  • Email Status - Verified or unverified
  • Staff Member - Filter by assigned staff (All Clients tab)

Client Actions

View Client Details

Click on a client to see their full profile:

  • Contact information
  • Account details
  • KYC documents
  • Transaction history
  • Activity log

Assign/Reassign

Assign clients to different staff members (with permission).

View Associated Lead

If the client was previously a lead, click the lead icon to see their lead history.

IB Partners vs Clients

  • Clients = All registered users
  • IB Partners = Subset of clients who are approved Introducing Brokers (have an IB level)

IB Partners have their own section with additional features for tracking commissions and referrals.

NoteEvery IB Partner is also a Client, but not every Client is an IB Partner. IB Partners are clients who have been approved as Introducing Brokers and have their own dedicated section with commission tracking, referral trees, and partner-specific reporting.

TipAlways check the "Referred By" column to understand client attribution. This tells you which IB partner or staff member brought in each client, helping you track referral performance and ensure proper commission allocation.

Best Practices

  1. Check the Referred By column - Know which IB referred each client
  2. Check daily - Review new clients regularly
  3. Follow up on pending KYC - Encourage clients to complete verification
  4. Track deposits - Reach out to clients who haven't deposited
  5. Add notes - Document important client interactions
  6. Monitor activity - Check for inactive clients who may need re-engagement
