Forex CRM / PAMM/Withdrawals

Withdrawals

Process investor withdrawal and disconnect requests.

Overview

Investors can request to withdraw funds from their PAMM investments. Requests are processed during rollovers or manually by admins.

Withdrawal Types

  • Partial Withdrawal: Withdraw some funds while staying invested
  • Full Disconnect: Withdraw everything and exit the PAMM account
⚠️
WarningWithdrawal amounts are calculated at rollover time, not when the investor submits the request. Market movements between the request and the next rollover may increase or decrease the final withdrawal amount.
💡
TipPartial withdrawals must leave at least the minimum investment amount in the PAMM account. Inform investors of this threshold so they can plan their withdrawal amounts accordingly.

Withdrawal Workflow

  1. Investor submits request in client portal
  2. Request enters "Pending" status
  3. At next rollover, amount is calculated based on current equity
  4. Funds transfer to investor's trading account
  5. Request marked as "Completed"

Manual Processing

Admins can:

  • Approve: Immediately process the withdrawal
  • Reject: Cancel with reason (investor is notified)

Important Notes

  • Withdrawal amounts calculated at rollover time, not request time
  • Losses may reduce the withdrawal amount
  • Minimum investment rules may prevent very small withdrawals
  • Partial withdrawals must leave at least the minimum investment amount
  • View requests: Investors > Withdrawal Requests
  • Filter by: Pending, Approved, Rejected, Completed

Next Steps

  • Rollovers — Understand how withdrawals are processed during rollovers
