Overview

Investors are users who allocate funds to PAMM master accounts. They benefit from the master's trading expertise while sharing in both profits and losses.

Key Concepts

  • Allocation: Amount invested in a specific master
  • Equity Share: Percentage of the total pool (determines profit/loss distribution)
  • Unrealized P&L: Current profit/loss from open positions
  • Realized P&L: Settled profit/loss from closed positions and rollovers

How Investors Join

  1. Browse available masters in the client portal
  2. Select a master and specify investment amount
  3. Funds transfer from trading account to PAMM pool
  4. Start participating in profits/losses immediately
💡
TipEquity share determines how profits and losses are distributed among investors. If an investor holds 10% of the pool, they receive 10% of all gains and bear 10% of all losses. Make sure investors understand this proportional model before they invest.
📧
NoteUnrealized P&L updates continuously while the master has open positions. This means an investor's equity will fluctuate in real-time and only settles during a rollover event.

Equity Calculation

Equity = Initial Investment + Realized P&L + Unrealized P&L - Withdrawals
