Company Profile

Manage your company name, contact details, website URLs, and registered address.

Overview

The Company Profile page allows you to manage your organization's core information. This includes your company name, contact details, website URLs, and registered address. This information is used throughout the platform and may appear in client communications, emails, and documents.

Location

Navigate to: Organization > Settings > Profile

Organization Identity (Read-Only)

At the top of the profile page, you'll find read-only identity information:

Organization ID

  • A unique identifier for your organization (format: ORG-XXXXXXXXX)
  • Generated automatically and cannot be changed
  • Use this ID when contacting customer support for quick identification
  • Can be copied to clipboard using the copy button

Site URL

  • Your CRM access URL
  • Configured by your system administrator
  • Displays the production URL where your CRM is hosted
  • Can be copied to clipboard using the copy button

Updating Your Profile

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Navigate to Profile: Go to Organization > Settings > Profile
  2. Review Current Information: Check existing values in the form
  3. Update Fields: Edit any fields that need to be changed
  4. Save Changes: Click "Save Changes" button at the bottom

Validation Rules

  • Application Name: Required, max 255 characters
  • Company Name: Required, max 255 characters
  • Support Email: Required, must be valid email format
  • Website URL: Must be valid URL format (https://)
  • Client Area URL: Must be valid URL format (https://)

Where Profile Data Appears

Profile information is used in several places:

  1. Browser Tab Titles: Application Name appears in page titles
  2. Email Communications: Company name and contact details in email templates
  3. Client-Facing Pages: Support contact information
  4. Document Headers: Company details in generated documents
  5. Sidebar/Navigation: Logo area may display company name

  1. Keep Information Accurate: Ensure all details match your legal registrations
  2. Use Official Email: Use a professional support email ([email protected])
  3. Include Full Address: Complete registered address helps with compliance
  4. Test URLs: Verify website and client area links work correctly

Common Questions

Can I change the Organization ID?

No, the Organization ID is automatically generated when your organization is first set up and cannot be changed. This ensures consistent identification.

NoteProfile changes only affect future communications. Previously sent emails, generated PDFs, and other documents will retain the information that was current at the time they were created.

Will changes affect existing communications?

Yes, updated information will be used in new communications. Previously sent emails or documents retain the old information.

Who can edit the profile?

Only administrators with appropriate permissions can access and modify the organization profile.

What happens if I leave fields empty?

Required fields must be filled. Optional fields can be left empty, but may result in missing information in certain areas of the platform.
