Email Deliverability
⚠️
WarningEnsure your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records are properly configured before sending campaigns. Without these authentication records, your emails are far more likely to land in spam folders or be rejected entirely.
💡
TipUse a professional sender email address that matches your domain (e.g., [email protected]). Free email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo) hurt deliverability and look unprofessional to recipients.
Settings that affect deliverability:
- Sender reputation
- Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Consistent sending patterns
- List hygiene
Recommendations
- Use authenticated sending domains
- Warm up new sending addresses
- Monitor bounce rates
- Remove invalid addresses
