Campaigns
Create, schedule, and track email marketing campaigns.
Overview
Campaigns are the core of the Newsletter module. A campaign is an email that you send to a group of contacts or subscribers.
Accessing Campaigns
Navigate to All Campaigns in the sidebar to see your campaigns.

1. Create a Campaign
Click Create Campaign in the sidebar to start a new campaign.
2. Campaign Details
Fill in:
- Subject: The email subject line (what recipients see in inbox)
- Content: The body of your email (supports HTML and rich text)
- Recipients: Choose who receives this campaign
3. Recipient Selection
Choose your audience:
- Contact List: Send to a specific contact list
- All Subscribers: Send to all verified subscribers
- Custom Segment: Target specific criteria (if available)
4. Send Options
- Send Now: Immediately deliver the campaign
- Schedule: Set a future date and time
- Save as Draft: Save for later editing
5. Review and Send
Always preview your campaign before sending to catch any errors.
Campaign Statuses

| Draft | Saved but not sent |
| Scheduled | Queued for future send |
| Sending | Currently being delivered |
| Sent | Successfully delivered |
| Failed | Delivery encountered errors |
Best Practices
Subject Lines
- Keep under 50 characters
- Be clear and specific
- Avoid spam trigger words
- Use personalization when possible
Content
- Use a clear call-to-action
- Keep paragraphs short
- Include images sparingly
- Always include unsubscribe link
Timing
- Test different send times
- Consider recipient time zones
- Avoid weekends for B2B
- Morning sends often perform better
Testing
- Always send test emails first
- Check on multiple email clients
- Verify all links work
- Review on mobile devices
Analytics
After sending, view campaign analytics:
- Open Rate: % of recipients who opened
- Click Rate: % who clicked links
- Bounce Rate: % of failed deliveries
- Unsubscribes: Recipients who opted out
Managing Campaigns
View Campaign
Click any campaign to see its details, content, and analytics.
Preview
Use the Preview button to see how the email appears.
Resend
For sent campaigns, use Resend to send to new contacts or retry failed deliveries.
Delete
Remove campaigns you no longer need. Sent campaigns retain their analytics.
Drafts
Drafts are automatically saved as you work. Return to complete them anytime from the Drafts section.

- Schedule during business hours
- Account for recipient time zones
- Leave buffer time for review
- Set reminders for scheduled campaigns
