Staff Assignment

Manage compliance team access, roles, and workflow assignments.

Overview

Staff Assignment allows you to manage which admin staff can access and work in Compliance Desk. You can enable staff, assign roles, organize into teams, and control what actions each person can perform.

Accessing Staff Management

Navigate to Settings > Staff to manage Compliance Desk staff.

Enabling Staff for Compliance Desk

Quick Enable

  1. Find the staff member in the list
  2. Click "Quick Enable" button
  3. Select their team and role
  4. Confirm

Full Configuration

  1. Click on a staff member row
  2. Configure detailed settings:
    • Team assignment
    • Role assignment
    • Specific permissions
  3. Save changes

Teams & Roles

Creating Teams

Location: Settings > Teams & Roles

Teams help organize staff by function or region:

  1. Click "Add Team"
  2. Enter team name (e.g., "APAC Team", "EU Compliance")
  3. Set team color for visual identification
  4. Save

Creating Roles

Roles define what staff can do:

  1. Click "Add Role"
  2. Enter role name (e.g., "Junior Reviewer", "Senior Officer")
  3. Select permissions for this role
  4. Save

Assigning Staff to Teams

  1. Go to Settings > Staff
  2. Edit staff member
  3. Select their team from dropdown
  4. Save

Staff Activity

Track what compliance staff are doing:

  • View recent reviews by each staff member
  • See approval/rejection statistics
  • Monitor workload distribution

Workflow Assignment

Auto-Assignment

Configure automatic assignment of new submissions:

  • Round-robin distribution
  • Based on team/region
  • Workload balancing

Manual Assignment

Assign specific submissions to staff:

  1. Open a KYC submission
  2. Click "Assign"
  3. Select staff member
  4. Confirm

Unassigning

Remove assignment from a submission:

  1. Open the assigned submission
  2. Click "Unassign"
  3. Submission returns to general queue

Best Practices

  1. Create clear role definitions with appropriate permissions
  2. Use teams to organize staff by region or specialty
  3. Balance workload across team members
  4. Regularly review staff activity and performance
  5. Remove access promptly when staff leave the team
