Overview

Compliance Desk Settings allows you to customize the verification system to match your compliance requirements. Configure document types, workflow rules, notifications, and more.

Settings Categories

Document Requirements

Location: Settings > Documents

Configure what documents users need to submit:

  • Enable/disable specific document types
  • Set file size limits (recommended: 5-10MB)
  • Define accepted formats (JPG, PNG, PDF)
  • Separate settings for Individual vs Corporate

Verification Workflow

Location: Settings > Verification

Control how verification works:

  • Auto-approval thresholds
  • Liveness check settings
  • Face matching options
  • Escalation rules

Notifications

Location: Settings > Notifications

Configure email notifications:

User Notifications:

  • Document submission confirmation

Rejection Reasons

Location: Settings > Rejection Reasons

Common Configuration Tasks

Adding Custom Rejection Reasons

  1. Go to Settings > Rejection Reasons
  2. Click "Add Reason"
  3. Enter a clear, user-friendly message
  4. Assign to a category (ID Documents, Address, etc.)
  5. Save

Setting Up User Notifications

  2. Enable notifications for approval, rejection, and pending reminders
