Compliance Desk Settings allows you to customize the verification system to match your compliance requirements. Configure document types, workflow rules, notifications, and more.
Settings Categories
Document Requirements
Location: Settings > Documents
Configure what documents users need to submit:
- Enable/disable specific document types
- Set file size limits (recommended: 5-10MB)
- Define accepted formats (JPG, PNG, PDF)
- Separate settings for Individual vs Corporate

Common Configuration Tasks
Adding Custom Rejection Reasons
- Go to Settings > Rejection Reasons
- Click "Add Reason"
- Enter a clear, user-friendly message
- Assign to a category (ID Documents, Address, etc.)
- Save
Setting Up User Notifications

- Enable notifications for approval, rejection, and pending reminders
